Dining Dukes Current Dining Plan Requirements Dukes current dining plans reflect the cutting edge of University Dining Services in the U.S. At Duke, almost all traditional college meal plan requirements and restrictions have been eliminated in favor of an ultra-flexible debit system (Points), allowing students to purchase what they want, when they want. Dining at Duke also offers students more variety than virtually any other college campus nationwide, with 31 different dining locations and 14 Merchants on Points vendors. All of these locations accept students Dining Plan Points and are open to all students. To support our ability to offer this level of variety and flexibility, Duke retains one basic traditional dining requirement of all students who live on-campus: you must participate in Dukes Dining Plan, at least at a minimal level. In order to ensure fairness to all students, enforcement of this requirement is stringent and exceptions are seldom given. Dining Plan Links:

Avoid Dining Plan Disappointment:Duke Dining offers students an unusual level of flexibility. However, in order to ensure that your plan meets your needs and keeps you happy, there are a few rules to which you need pay heed. Most importantly, you need to make any necessary changes to your Dining Plan for the Fall by June 6th and for the Spring by October 31th. Here are some suggestions for how to avoid any Dining Plan Disappointments:
