Located in the elegant Levine Science Research Center, Blue Express serves breakfast and lunch, emphasizing fresh ingredients with a Mediterranean flair.

Location: North Campus, in the Levine Science Research Center’s Atrium.

Monday through Thursday	8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday	8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday	Closed

Specials: Daily Blue Plate Specials.

Catering: Blue Express also features a full catering menu for pick-up or delivery, from salads and sandwiches for your lunch meetings to elegant meals for formal dining events.
